We understand that unexpected delays happen. To keep our services running smoothly for all customers, we have implemented the following policies:
Each trip includes a 10-minute grace period. After this, a $1.00 per minute fee applies, up to a maximum of 30 minutes. If rescheduling is required, an additional pickup fee will be charged.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund (minus a processing fee). Cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. Trips canceled within 2 hours of pickup are considered no-shows.
If a customer does not show up for a scheduled reservation, mileage plus the applicable pickup fee will be charged. This fee is non-refundable.
